The journey begins with an opening ceremony to open your mind, heart and body to receive the teachings and practices. We then conclude the journey with an Integration video session that brings it all together. Module 1: Foundations
The journey begins by grounding you in the deeper architecture of awakening. You’ll explore the ancient rhythm of transformation through the 3 shocks, meet the patterns that pull you into shadow, and begin the sacred shift from ego-driven survival to Essence-led presence.

Module 2: Somatic Awareness
Most of us have been taught to live in our heads — cut off from the body’s wisdom.
In this module, you’ll begin restoring right relationship with your body as a living instrument of truth, intuition, grounding, and guidance.
Through somatic awareness, three-centered presence, and deeper embodiment practices, you’ll learn how to sense what’s actually happening inside you, instead of being run by unconscious patterns. This reconnects you to wholeness, clarity, and inner guidance.

Module 3: Heart Awareness
Here, we step into the tender, courageous work of awakening the heart. You’ll learn how to feel without collapsing, how to open without losing yourself, and how to attune to the deeper emotional intelligence that guides you into right relationship.
We explore the barriers that keep your heart protected, numb, or overextended — and practice ways of returning to authentic warmth, compassion, and presence. This module reawakens the inner capacity for connection that the world often teaches us to shut down.

Joshua Benavides
